Fruit Juices and Vegetables Juices

There are some key differences between fruit juice and vegetable juice. It is important to be aware of the differences when selecting juicer recipes primarily for the variety factor. Fruits are higher in sugar content and as a result juicer recipes that consist primarily of fruits will be higher in sugar. For people who are concerned with their blood sugar levels such as diabetics it is recommended that a nutritionist is consulted before consuming too much fruit juice on a regular basis. Vegetable juicing on the other hand is a good stabilizer of blood sugar. The only except are root vegetables such as carrots and beets which are high in sugar. Because of the taste and for the contents, carrots make up the base of most introductory juicer recipes. It is important to acquire the taste for leafy green vegetable juices and drink, as well as eat the solid forms of a lot and a wide variety of leafy green vegetables for health reasons.
