Juicing and Weightloss

Juicing is a great way to complement a weight loss program because of all the tasty and easy juicer recipes available online and in books. Vegetable juices are particularly healthy for anybody because of the high concentration of nutrition contained in leafy greens as well as the low sugar level compared to fruit juice. Both vegetable and fruit juice will do wonders to suppress hunger so commercial appetite suppressants are not necessary. This is important since it is much safer with a natural source that both satisfies and fulfills a large part of your daily nutritional requirements for normal bodily function. And despite tasting good, a glass of vegetable juice contains about half the caloric weight of fruit juice. For flavor and to satisfy a sweet tooth, splurge on a glass of fruit juice. But for extra health benefits it is important to consume both and mix it up regularly to make sure you are getting all the benefits of a variety of juicer recipes.
